“What have you done today? You’ve made us proud.
“I’m wishing you luck on the rest of your Strictly journey.”

Heather released her tune Proud in 2001.
One viewer commented on social media: “I didn’t recognise the woman on video for Sarah?
Another told them: “It was Heather Small – former Strictly contestant and singer of ‘(what have you done today to make you feel) proud’ – which Sarah used to sing with a Heather Small mask on in ‘Miranda’.”
They replied: “Thank you. I know who Heather Small is but so didn’t recognise her – wow!”
Another said on X: “Awwwww a Heather Small video for Sarah!! Love it!!”
