Who are Wayne Rooney & Coleen’s children?

AFTER finding love as childhood sweethearts, Wayne and Coleen Rooney have gone on to become one of the UK’s leading power couples.

As mum Coleen gets set to be an I’m A Celebrity star, we take a look at the lives of her and her husband’s huge brood of kids.

Klay is the second child who was born on May 21, 2013.

It will come as no surprise to fans that he is also a big football fan.

On his birthday both Coleen and Wayne decked out their mansion in Cheshire with red and black footy-themed balloons.

In April 2022, he competed in his first football tournament away from home representing Manchester United.

Proud dad Rooney shared a photo of his second eldest son on Instagram with the caption: “First tournament away. Good luck Klay.”

The second born has also shown an interest in tag rugby in the past, expanding on the family’s sporting background.

Kit Joseph Rooney

Kit Joseph Rooney is Wayne and Coleen’s third son and he was born on January 24, 2016.

Announcing his birth, his proud dad tweeted: “Our gorgeous little boy arrived today. Kit Joseph Rooney. 8Ib 1oz. We are over the moon.”

The parents revealed the news that they were expecting in July 2017, in a sweet post.

Coleen announced: “Baby number 3 is on the way …… January!! We are so happy and excited.”

Wayne also wrote on his page: “Delighted that me and @ColeenRoo have our 3rd child on the way.”

In May 2024, Kit had his first holy communion.

His mother said on social media: “Wish we were doing this all over again this weekend.

“Such a special day for Kit’s First Holy Communion.

“Thank you to everybody involved in making it such a fantastic celebration.”

Cass Mac Rooney

On February 15, 2018, Wayne and Coleen welcomed their fourth and youngest child, named Cass Mac Rooney.

Coleen broke the news on Twitter to reveal the birth of her new son, she wrote: “So Happy to welcome our Baby Boy …. Cass Mac Rooney into the world weighing a healthy 8lb 10oz.

She continued: “He is beautiful.”

Fans were intrigued to know why the couple decided to not name their fourth child beginning with the letter ‘k’ like the previous three.

One fan joked on Twitter at the time: “Can we focus on the real issue as to why she has spelt Cass with a C and not a K.

“You had one job Coleen”.
