First polls CLOSE in US with Donald Trump & Kamala Harris neck-and-neck for election win

THE first exit polls for the election have have closed with Donald Trump and Kamala Harris neck-and-neck.

Harris and Trump are both now preparing for a tense evening as they wait for the final votes to be counted up.

Harris had been spotted for the first time as she surprised her staff and fans in Washington a few hours ago.

Her political foe Trump was snapped arrived at a polling station in Florida earlier today to cast his own vote in the nail-biting battle.

Several key swing states are set to determine the victor with many eagerly awaiting the results out of Pennsylvania, Georgia and Michigan.
