TINA Dingle has revealed her real reason for making a bombshell return to Emmerdale after 28 years – and it wasn’t for her dad’s funeral.

The troublemaker – who is now played by actress Samantha Power in the ITV soap – made her shock comeback last week.

She arrived at dad Zak’s funeral and promptly made a show of herself – eventually ending up face down in the mud before being dragged away by police for breaching her licence.

In today’s episode she returned, this time without her ankle monitoring system and tried to get under Mandy’s skin.

After finding out Vinny’s girlfriend lived at Home Farm, Tina decided to wind Mandy up about her “interests around here.”

Mandy told her: “If you’re going on about the house again. My uncle Zak made his wishes clear…”

“Prove it,” snarled Tina back.

“I’m family, and he left it to family,” she said.

“Anyhow, who says we’re just talking about the house. Bossing me around again.

“Maybe I’ve come for everything that’s mine? Vinny is such a sweet boy. It makes me sad thinking about everything I’ve missed out on.

“What’s mine is mine. My house, my son.”

Mandy sobbed as the shocking secret was finally revealed that Tina was Paul’s ex – and is Vinny’s biological mother.

But will she expose the secret to the rest of the family? And is Tina here to stay?
