Married At First Sight’s huge onscreen blunder as couple appear in two places at once – did you spot it?

MARRIED At First Sight fans have called out a huge on-air blunder after last week’s explosive commitment ceremony.
E4 viewers were left doing a double take after the mishap, which appeared to crop up during the editing process.

It came shortly before Richelle branded her spouse Orson a ‘cretin’[/caption]
The pair were seen in a relationship de-brief on the main couch[/caption]
Yet as the camera panned to their co-stars their heads could be sen in an apparent editing blunder[/caption]
Richelle, 48, and groom Orson Nurse, 41 – whose relationship has been rocky from the off – were initially seen on the sofa chatting about their breakdown in communication to the experts.
Mum of one Richelle said she had agreed with her man to remain in the experiment – claiming he had asked her to stick it out for seven more days – and they promptly wrote Stay on their cards.
Yet as they did so, the Married At First Sight camera panned to the other couples watching their de-brief – and Orson and Richelle were seen looking serious in the crowd.
This left one fan taking to X to joke: “Someone fire the editor,” as they called out the mishap.
Another noted: “How funny.”
A third mused: “Wonder if the couples are watching their bits from a pre recorded part of the show! It’s time for MAFS to end!”
One then added: “I’ve been saying that Richelle is getting a bad edit!!
“Yes, she’s wrong for overreacting but what is orson doing that she is reacting to?
“I don’t think she’s anywhere near as crazy as she’s coming across and it’s down to the edit.”
Shortly after the clip in question, Richelle was quick to brand dad of one Orson a “cretin.”
Loved-up Tayah Victoria and Adam Aveling of series six fame had the first Mafs baby.
The pair couldn’t keep their hands off each other on the programme and quickly found their feet in the outside world, moving into Adam’s Doncaster home.
Just 18 months after meeting, the couple welcomed their daughter Beau.
Season five couple Michelle Walder and Owen Jenkins also managed to make their marriage work away from the cameras and had their first child in December.
Teacher Michelle, 29, has no regrets about taking part in the experiment. She told us: “I just feel very lucky and thankful that it has worked out – and excited for everything to come.â€
Michelle and Owen were both sick of dating apps when they applied in 2019.
Owen recalled: “I had been out for some drinks with a friend after work.
“While he was out for a cigarette I was scrolling on Instagram waiting for him to come back in.
“The MAFS advert was the last thing I saw, and I joked, ‘Wouldn’t it be funny if I signed up?’
“A few beers later when I was back at home I sent in the application, and the rest is history.â€
Another couple to make Mafs UK history is Zoe Clifton and Jenna Robinson.
Despite a slight rocky start, where they clashed over Jenna’s vegan lifestyle, the show’s first same sex pairing are still going strong.
They even have a successful podcast together called Life With a Pod.
Jenna shed light on being involved in the show earlier this year when she told us: “We’re not legally married, and I never felt like we were. I definitely feel the process makes you take the relationship a lot more seriously and having the help of the experts… if you can survive that process it sets a firm foundation for a long-lasting relationship.”
The dramatic scenes and mud-slinging have led to Richelle being heavily trolled on social media and bombarded with death threats.
In response, Richelle has now accused bosses of misrepresenting her through selective editing and she threatened “the truth will come out.”
CLAP BACK
Last week, Richelle posted a screenshot suggesting that three call logs had been deleted from a conversation she alleged was with a member of the MAFS team.
She added: “Lesson of the day: Always back up your chat history. Worts and all.”
Richelle posted another comment from a supportive fan, that said: “What the producers are doing is actually dangerous and defamatory.”
She then took to Instagram and responded to a fan who asked: “Is there something we aren’t seeing between Richelle and Orson?
“That woman is so harsh on Orson and I do not see why.”
Richelle replied: “Yes there’s a lot you’re not seeing behind tonight and previous edit that I will address to comments on this post… tomorrow!”
She later accused Orson of trying to recouple with another bride, adding: “People will see the truth. It’s a waiting game.”
When contacted by The Sun, a representative for MAFS said: “MAFS UK episodes depict a fair and accurate reflection of the events that happened during filming.
“All contributors have the support of a dedicated welfare team, including a psychologist, before, during and after filming the series.”
