Date: 2024-10-21

DISGRACED rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is accused of raping a 13-year-old girl as two other celebrities joined in, according to a fresh wave of lawsuits.

The disturbing claims, presented in a slew of civil lawsuits filed against Diddy, allege the rapper drugged and raped the teen at a VMAs afterparty in New York over 20 years ago.

The lawsuits were filed in the Southern District of New York late Sunday, Deadline reported.

The alleged victim- identified only as “Jane Doe”- claims she was attacked after having one drink that left her feeling “woozy and lightheaded” at the house party in September 2000.

The now 37-year-old woman alleges she was raped by Diddy while the male and female celebrities watched.

The lawsuit reads: “Looking for a place to rest, Plaintiff entered what she believed to be an empty bedroom so she could lie down for a moment.

“Soon after, Combs, along with a male and female celebrity, entered the room.

“Combs aggressively approached Plaintiff with a crazed look in his eyes, grabbed her, and said, ‘You are ready to party.”

She claimed Diddy tried to force her to perform oral sex, but she fought him off before grabbing her clothes and leaving the bedroom, “roaming naked through the house looking for the exit.”

The suit states the teenager ended up at the afterparty after attempting to attend the MTV Video Music Awards without a ticket earlier that night on September 7, 2000.

She approached limousine drivers hoping she could get into an afterparty – including Diddy’s driver, who allegedly agreed to take her to the party as she “fit what Diddy was looking for.”

The teen claimed she was taken to the house where she signed a non-disclosure agreement and was offered a drink.

After the alleged assault, the teen was able to escape by walking to a nearby gas station from where she called her dad to pick her up.

The filing states that following the attack, the woman “fell into a deep depression which continues to affect every facet of her life.”

The latest lawsuit comes days after Diddy demanded to know the names of his alleged victims as he was hit with six fresh allegations last week.

One of the lawsuits alleges Diddy “brutally, orally raped” a man working for a rival clothing company in a Macy’s store, while another alleged victim claimed Diddy groped him at a party in 1998 when he was just 16.

Diddy's downfall

BEFORE Sean “Diddy” Combs’ arrest on Monday night, it had been highly speculated that the rap star would find himself in custody after he was repeatedly hit with disturbing accusations – and had two of his mansions raided by the feds.

His mounting legal troubles finally came to a head on September 17, when he was charged with three federal counts, including sex trafficking, for allegedly forcing victims to take part in drug-fueled sex parties he called “Freak Offs.”

Hours before his arrest, The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed the feds investigating Diddy were secretly liaising with Tupac Shakur murder prosecutors on gangland activities.

The development also came after Diddy was named 77 times in documents submitted by prosecutors in the Tupac murder case.

Aside from the Tupac probe, Diddy was already facing a slew of lawsuits, including one he settled with his ex, Cassie Ventura, after she accused him of rape and abuse.

Disturbing hotel surveillance video from 2016 showed Diddy chasing Cassie down and then punching, kicking, and beating her in a hallway.

Two months earlier, in March 2024, two of Diddy’s mansions were raided by federal investigators, who seized three AR-15s, drugs, and 1,000 bottles of lube which were part of his “Freak Off” supplies.

In addition to his federal criminal charges, Diddy also faces a handful of lawsuits with allegations of sexual assault, harassment, and sex trafficking dating back to the early 1990s.

Music producer Rodney ‘Lil Rod’ Jones filed one suit in February 2024, claiming Diddy forced him to hire sex workers and participate in sex acts while he worked on his latest album.

Diddy has denied any wrongdoing and pleaded not guilty to the federal sex trafficking charges against him, but his battle is far from over.

He faces life in prison if he’s convicted on all counts.

Another lawsuit claims Diddy allegedly gang-raped a woman and threatened to slash her face after she questioned him about Tupac’s murder.

In the past several weeks, Diddy has been hit with a flurry of additional claims of sexual assault, rape, violence, and manipulation by accusers ranging from music hopefuls to complete strangers.

Some of the allegations made against Diddy claim they took place at the infamous parties he held over the years.

Diddy has denied all claims of wrongdoing.

At the parties, Diddy would allegedly film high-profile guests as they had sex with prostitutes who he flew out from around the country and use the video as blackmail.

Diddy is currently being held in Brooklyn’s notorious Metropolitan Detention Center and has been denied bail twice.

He posted on Instagram for the first time since he was arrested and slammed with sex trafficking charges last week to wish his two-year-old daughter Love a happy birthday.

His trial date for the criminal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering has been set for May 5 next year.

Diddy has pleaded not guilty to the charges with one of his lawyers Erica Wolff saying the claims are “false and defamatory”.
